Niro was out taking one of his usual rounds through the territory he now belonged in. he’d had plenty of time to familiarize himself with the area, but now that he was one of the main hunters he figured he’d map the area’s animals out as well as the landmarks. Today he found himself closing into a border. He had a map in his hands, here was pretty open area with trees every few feet, He’d suspect a deer might pass through but maybe on rare occasions, smaller things were sure to pass by though. Not much here, but he wasn’t just out to mark good hunting areas, he started folding the map up while walking, when Marahute, a chick soon to come fledgling was perched on his shoulder, and it grabbed a corner of the map.

Marahute… behave.

He said, he then saw that there was someone up in the tree, he stopped dead in his tracks, and stared as he took the map from the golden eagle chick’s beak. What was there a wolf? No that wasn’t a wolf, well whatever it was… well WHOever it was, was rather strange to be sitting in a tree. He stared up and figured he’d let the coyote girl know he was there.

Hello there do you need any assistance?

He asked. It was not a tree he could easily climb, but then again he was nothing but eight foot of pure muscle… well and some fat but that wasn’t something he’d admit readily. He watched the newcomer, wondering who she was and where she came from. He’d met other outsiders, none of them seemed to be hostile or anything, and from the looks of it she was scouting? Well he didn’t know much about military or wars, but he was quite sure Vigil didn’t want anyone in his lands spying on anyone.
