Silvano eyed the room for movement, swiveling his ears to try and hear his sister's paws on the wooden floors. He stuck out his tongue in frustration, stepping around in the same spot. Then, he heard what he wanted; Artemis's voice, but it sounded weird. It was really quite odd. At first, he could not figure out what she had shouted at him, but he caught "in" and "bed", so the Sadira put two and two together and turned to face the bed. But, where was she? No way was his sister on the bed; he would have seen her and would have heard her clearly. Maybe she was under it? That sounded reasonable. Ducking his head under the mattress, he gazed under it, tail wagging. Wait. Where was she?
Whining, he slipped under the thing completely, paws stepping in dust. Clouds of it rose wherever he disturbed it, forcing him to cough and his eyes to water a bit. Sneezing all of a sudden, he blew more of it forward. Though, looking where his sneeze moved the dust, Silvano also saw prints that were not his own. He ruffled forward, following his sister's shuffled trail. Then, they stopped. Though the paw prints here were more of a jumble than an orderly path. Glancing about, he heard movement. Above him. Utterly confused, he looked up, seeing a glimmer of his sister's coloration in a hole. A hole! Lifting himself up into it, he peered inside the hole at his sister's rear. "Artie!, how'd you find thiis? What's inside?" he asked, sneezing slightly as more dust wafted into his nose.
