Anu had hated what had happened to Ghita and Cambria that day at the barn. She had never found out what brought her daughter and Cambi to that place, but it was far from a wise choice. But of course it had been an accident and no one could have known that such a thing would have happened on that day, that very hour. It could have been any one of them that had been crushed. Ghita could have been killed. Anu knew how fortunite to still have Ghita alive, but hated to see anyone close to her in pain. The relation between Savina and the fey that stood before her gave them an instant connection, just as strongly as the long standing membership that two fey's held. Anu found it easy to be in the company of the Marino female just as she did when with Savi. As always Anu was hope filled and sure about a bright futre for all of them. Of course the complications were present and alive in her thoughts, still Anu pushed past them and spoke wishfully. I'm sure you will keep moving forward. You know I'm here if you ever need anything. Anu still tired easily, but she was able bodied and could hunt if the female ever needed it. Of course, she was better suited to be a shoulder to lean on and a open-minded ear to listen.

The puppies were unlike anything Anu had ever known, their one month old little bodies were filled with energy and still so fragile. The transformation that they were going under was something fast and yet slow for the new mother. Every day she noticed something different, though they were larger and doing things that she was sure couldn't have the day before. And then, she was able to savor the newness. Take in the world from their slower moving minds. She had spent hour examining them in their small little room, and yet there was so much about them that had yet to come to light. The Lt. General was ever so proud, a feeling that was familiar from the experience of Naniko's litter and yet new in the fact that she had given birth to them. There was a connection there, so deep Anu had never know it existed as to had lived above it.

Thank you Ghita. Anu spoke softly, meaning every bit of it. Such a thing said by another mother, as well as a close pack member meant something very special to Anu. She was happy to see that her friend would join them outside. Boys. Anu called, looking for the three to follow her outside. They turned at the sound of their mother's voice, and wobbled after her, though Alder returned immediately with as much haste as his body could muster. The wolfess led them out into the bright world, four pairs of blue eyes blinking against the light. She looked to the taller fey, Please Ghita, pick a spot where you'll be comfortable.
