The slightest yet constant ribbon of smoke drifted from the smoldering end of the cigarette Silas clutched between clawed fingers. His head was tilted back against the head rest, black locks of hair falling haphazardly over the blue bandana around his forehead. Though his eyes had drifted closed, Silas wasn’t yet close to sleep. And as an audible sigh escaped past parted teeth and the cigarette returned to his muzzle, Silas’ pale blue gaze returned to the world. There was the sound of footfall coming from his left and the Praeses turned his head to observe Cassius and a masked critter venturing into the room.

The older male came bearing gifts it seemed and Silas couldn’t help but smile at the plate of sandwiches he held in his hand. The Russian had never eaten his food prepared like that before, but Cassius had introduced him to it when Silas had first joined Inferni and moved into the mansion. That memory seemed fresh in his mind as Silas reached to take one of the sandwiches. "Sure zhing. Zhey looks delicious," words slightly hushed as to not wake the sleeping. He raised the cigarette to his mouth again and sucked at the last inhale he could take, before stamping out the smoldering end into the armrest of his chair and letting his exhale plume above his head.

Now that his other hand was free, Silas took a hearty bite of his sandwich, realizing just how hungry he had actually been. "Eet ees very good," he told Cassius, smiling and nodding, mouth still full of food. His hand he rested on his thigh, the usual ripped denim jeans adorning Silas below the waist, though his other clothing had been discarded at the moment. "Who ees zhis?" he asked, his free hand motioning towards the raccoon after his swallowed his first bite.
