Getting ready for work in a minute <3 Thought I would reply quick :3

It was a warm day outside. He'd been napping most of the morning between play-times, though, snuggled up in a pile with one or more of his siblings. Ever since they had been reunited he hadn't liked sleeping without at least one of them. He was afraid that they would try and leave, that he wouldn't see them again. They had been silly enough to wander away the first time, after all...and he didn't want to lose them again. Today they had all been playing in one of the old abandoned houses; Gideon had stood on his sibling's back to get the door open.

Turquoise eyes fluttered open at the first sound of movement below, but closed again after a moment of silence. A loud crashing sound brought him to full consciousness, though, and he stood up quickly. His brain started to turn a little bit, trying to work out where the sound had come from and what it had been, eyes searching around, his fur standing on end like a alarmed kitten.

Gideon lept down from the couch he had been dozing on, nosing the door to the room open and heading quickly and quietly down the stairs. He peeked his head around the corner, toward the kitchen, trying to see who was up and about. He couldn't see anyone immediately...so he went into stealth mode, running quickly behind a nearby chair, then behind a couch, then a box. This box was much closer to the kitchen door.

From here he could see much more of the kitchen, yessss. There was some sort of a Luperci in there, that was for sure...And it was his mission to observe it undetected. He crept slowly into the kitchen, peeking around a set of lower cupboards. Boy, that luperci looked angry! He was holding onto his hand for some reason...and red stuff was dripping down out of it. Red stuff. The older male turned toward Gideon as if he was going to come out of the kitchen and the pup quickly ran beneath a chair, watching, then following Dreyrugr. What was the red stuff?

He stared at his packmate through the partially open door, trying to decide whether he ought to come outside or not. If he did, it would totally blow his cover. But he was really interested in seeing what was wrong with the male's hand and what could be done about it; when mother had had the red stuff coming out of her, she'd died. Would he die too? Decision made, the pup pushed the door open to pad out onto the porch. "You can die if dat red 'tuff comes out too much" He informed Drey, lifting his head to try and get a better look at the hand.
