Domonick walked around slowly, it was around midday and he had been wandering around all day. He was still in a state of excitement about his promotion. It was exciting for him, he had never been in something like this before, to have this responsibility and he wanted to make sure he didn't let anyone down. So, because of this, he decided to patrol the pack lands, learning everything he needed to know about every nook and cranny. Especially if he was going to have to hunt, he wanted to make sure to know where all the animals made their dens and places to rest. He also wanted to make sure that there was no one in the pack lands that shouldn't be here. If there was something wrong, he would make sure to report it right away, if he didn't have time, he would, hopefully, be able to solve it himself.
He had been going all day and he finally came to to the graveyard. He eyed the dying grass, the thick trees. He smiled, ”Creepy.” he walked through the thick mass of trees, entering the shaded graveyard. The smile was still on his face as he looked around at all the worn headstones. The small bit of fog that hung in the air didn't help with the creepy feelings of the area. He came to one plot that had he “resident” propping out of it, the bones worn and dirty from weather. ”Those are what they looked like?” he asked to the openness around him. He stooped down and gently picked up a skull, clouts of dirt dirt falling from the eye sockets. He turned it over in his hands, looking at it, it was intriguing to him. He placed it down where he found it and covered it up with some dirt.
He sniffed the air, it smelled strange around here, the air was....different in a way. He shuddered slightly and went around, looking at each headstone, trying to read what was on them, he could make out a few of them, but others were too worn to read. He traced his fingers along them, just walking through the plots. ”So eerie.” he said once again to the area around him.
