The lady of Dahlia de Mai had been more than hospitable and Clover could only think of positive things to say in regards to her. Layla offered some of the uneaten meat, and after a moment’s hesitation, Clover had accepted. "Thank you very much, love." Sharing and giving were fundamentals in life and Clover knew just how satisfied it could make one feel by passing something on to someone less fortunate. In this case, Layla had obviously seen that Clover needed a little boost. Though the free meal couldn’t solve her problems, it certainly warmed Clover’s heart.
The two trailed away from their picnic area once Layla had finished packing away her belongings. Once they were both ready, the black and white woman easily led them to the borders. Clover made a mental note this time, studying the scent and visually surveying the area so that she might not trespass next time she came back. "Thanks again for everything, love. You’ve been too kind to me." The young coyote offered the woman a warm smile and nodded in agreement, "I hope so." Swiftly, she stepped forward and gave the woman a quick hug. And since it seemed it was time for them to go their separate ways, Clover turned and headed off, her mind in lighter spirits as it returned to re-evaluating her situation.
