Today Denali felt like finding a new place to play. His old places were just fine but he was getting bored, and he’d also been meaning to explore a little more to get to know more of the area. He had little to tie him down other than Savina and Kansas, but they never worried about him too much. They knew he could take care of himself. Today he decided to let his feet take him where he wanted. there was so much to explore! But nothing was the right thing he wanted to explore. He knew about the beach but he didn’t think that’s where he was going though. Then there were the fields he was passing through as well as forested areas. It was nice to be able to see differences.
That was when something caught his eyes. Something shone in the late morning sun, well sort of, but it was enough to make Denali take a second glance. He lifted his ears trying to see if it was someone doing something but he heard nothing of the sort. When he moved closer he could see something really tall and really old laying on the ground. It was something from a past that Denali had never known about and it was just the interesting thing he needed! He trotted up to the large thing, he could now see why it glinted, through the rust covering there was something that would reflect the sun but something like that was just gibberish. He’d found a box that was laying on the ground and jumped on that sniffing around. His tail wagging a little as he sniffed around. None of the things that he smelled were familiar in any way. This was the best thing ever! He was so glad that he decided to go out. Hopping from one box to another he couldn’t open them and those that were open, were quite empty, probably already looted from other visitors.
