She nodded quickly as the boy spoke, regarding him seriously as he articulated his thoughts. He had paused before speaking, frowning, but he seemed more sure of himself now. She felt her heart warm as the boy spoke, fully knowing who he intended to be, and who he would strive to become. She was glad that the child was able to distinguish between becoming his own wolf and becoming another wolf.
She remained silent after the boy finished speaking, not quite mulling his words over as much as she was prolonging the silence. She frowned a bit, then began to speak. "That's good. I will expect Dierdre will show you how to utilize a bow and arrow, and the whole pack will teach you all you need to know. Welcome to Jaded Shadows. I am Tayui L'leh - the other Alpha is Fatin Kali. I'm sure you will meet her in time. Until then, enjoy your time here," she finished with a definitive nod.
