Others might hunt the creature that he had with him but not Izaak. He had no idea how to hunt. All of his food was brought to him already skinned, and sometimes cooked, so it looked nothing like the animal that had been hunted and killed for it. He couldn't recognize Blitzen as food because his food because his food had never had a face attached to it before. And well, he had never thought to ask where the food came from. He was just happy being fed and that worked for him.

The boy giggled and nodded his head. At least this one knew what language he spoke, rather than mistaking it for Russian, even if he couldn't speak it himself. "Guten morgen." He returned the words since it was what the other said he knew. And well, it was just polite to return a greeting. He was once again made happy as his tails were complimented. Of course he was rather proud of this feature. Most everyone else, except his brother, had one tail but he had two tails. Of course his second one had come from his brother. He had it in mind that Sascha had given it to him because he liked it. He didn't know about his blackouts and that he had actually ripped it off. All he knew was that he had said he liked it and the next thing he knew was that he had it.

"Our tails looks sames." He spoke the words with a giggle and a clap of his hands, having translated what he had said before. It clearly didn't take much to make the child eager and excited. But as long as he wasn't having a blackout he was generally happy go lucky little thing. He didn't have any trouble entertaining himself either. Especially not since he had gotten the reindeer. Before he would carry on conversations with himself and now he had Blitzen to talk to.

He glanced back to his companion as the animal was pointed out and talked about. "Blitzen." Or at least that is what he had taken to calling the other and it listened to him when he called it by that name. Or at least it continued to follow him around whenever he called it by that name. It was still a debate whether or not the animal could actually understand him. But it listened and followed and that was enough for Izaak at least.

Actually he had no talents or fighting abilities at all. He didn't deserve his rank in the slightest. The only fighting he had done was what he couldn't remember because he was suffering from a blackout. But that hadn't been talent, only pure aggression. Even so his competitors weren't really even that. There wasn't really much of a struggle at all. So his rank was just well, a title. He didn't do any of the duties to have it or keep it. And it wasn't like he was easy to teach with how he could get easily distracted and the amount of energy he had.

Blitzen took a few steps closer to Izaak as Kesho circled around the coyote child. Izaak just giggled and rubbed the creature's head, petting him between his horns. "Es ist okay. Er ist ein Freund." The words were given to his pet. He didn't recognize Blitzen's sudden anxiety as the instinct of a prey animal under a predator's stare. As was said before, he had never hunted himself and so he simply had no way of knowing. The realization just didn't dawn on him. He didn't even think it strange that Blitzen was suddenly acting shyer than normal. Sure, the animal tended to hang back a bit but it didn't usually snuggle right up to Izaak in the presence of others. Instead he was just assuming that his pet wanted some love and attention and that was all.

"What wolf?" The confusion on the child's face as he looked back at Kesho clearly showed that he had never heard of the term before. But then again he automatically assumed everything was a coyote until he had been corrected. So far none had brought up the difference in canines to him so he simply assumed that they were all coyotes because that is what he was. "Blitzen no meals. Blitzen friens." It was becoming more and more apparent just how much of basic knowledge that he lacked. But then again his mother had been too busy to teach him, everyone seemed to be.
