OOC: Image © Jacoby, Coding © Sie; Glad you like it, though do you mind ending soon so I can submit this for the thread prompts? We can always have another or as I said Kesho can find hurt Zak or with Zak hurt then lessons can continue cause, depending on his injuries, he will be forced to sit and listen instead of wandering away; 1010 words

Yes Izaak was different. He was raised differently than most everyone. While everyone else was out learning how to hunt and the other basics of life, such as proper socialization, Izaak was being taught how to please a woman as well as a man. His mother was, to put it mildly, a deviant. An alcoholic nymphomaniac. So when she wasn't "playing" with her children she had male company over. When Izaak wasn't being "loved" he was being abused. His mother could prove to be quite violent when she was upset. Zak had suffered little, only having scars on his forehead that he hid beneath his hair. Though his brother/cousin had lost his ability to speak seeing as his vocal chords had been ripped out. In that moment Izaak learned that his mother desired silence unless she requested otherwise. He also learned that when his mother didn't desire his attention it was best to stay out of the way. He would spend time in the corner watching while his mother "played' with her visitors or he would be sent outside of the single room shack but made to stay close in case his mother needed him. So no he didn't receive the education that others had. His mother was always too busy indulging herself to care what he did. The small things he picked up were from his mother's company. Just as the food he ate came from them as well. His whole life had been reliant upon the kindness and pity of others.

There really was no place for him. He didn't have any skills to hold a single rank. He didn't really fit within the clan but it wasn't as if he had anywhere else to go since his family lived within Inferni. It wasn't like he could go back to Germany since there was nothing left their for him with his mother being deceased. His grandparents weren't known. Actually no one was allowed to know about them, or so his mother had said when he had asked one time. He had been told that his grandparents didn't want to know him. That no one wanted him. That he was just ugly and always got in the way. Was it any wonder that even the slightest scolding could send him into a quick downward spiral? When he was scolded by his mother she had always used the cruelest of words. It was lucky that Izaak wasn't any worse off than he was. With the abuse he suffered he really should have been more violent than he was, that only coming out in his blackouts. So while he might be uneducated at least he remained eager and happy for the most part. It made it hard to guess that suffered through every sort of abuse that could be imagined.

"Unky Cotl bring foods. It has noes furs an noes faces so noes bees aminals." All the animals he knew had fur and faces. Well, the bird had feathers but he didn't know what feathers were. Still, what he was given to eat didn't look like the animals running around in the wild so he had never related them as being the same. All he was given was meat that had been skinned, and sometimes even cooked and seasoned so it no longer even had the smell of being an animal. And because he had food brought to him he had never hunted before. Not that he had ever seen it done either. It was a basic detail that most pups grew up with but he had been deprived of.

Izaak tilted his head as Kesho declined, looking confused as to why he wouldn't want to. "Bus Blitzen likes." Or at least Blitzen tolerated Izaak touching him. He turned his attention back to Blitzen for a moment so that he could speak to the reindeer. "Sag ihm, dass es Ihnen gefällt." He spoke to the animal and waited. It was as if he actually expected Blizten to speak up and answer. After all he was waiting and staring at Blitzen. All the reindeer did was snuff at the air and dropped his head to nibble on the sprouts of grass that were to be found, keeping a watch on Kesho. Izaak seemed to take this as being some form of an answer since the boy turned his attention back to Kesho and spoke up. "He say he like." Though clearly the animal hadn't spoken at all.

Izaak didn't know anything about the war either. He had come after that, had come after Inferni had shifted their borders further away from Dahlia de Mai. He didn't know that there should be grievances. How could he when he saw everyone as being a coyote. He didn't realize that there were differences. Just look at Inferni, how many of them were pure blooded coyote? Living with that how was he expected to know that there were differences between them? It was just another lacking in education moment.

Honestly Izaak was hard to offend. He didn't often pick up on the things there were said that offended others. And well he was literal so if the thing said weren't directed at him with the intent of being malicious then he most likely would never realize it. So really Kesho didn't have to worry too much. It wasn't like he related Blitzen to being the same as other animals. Just like Kesho wasn't related to being just like every other coyote. Izaak still had this notion that whatever he liked then everyone else liked. And what he didn't like wasn't liked by anyone. And since he liked Blitzen then Kesho had to like Blitzen too. "Blitzen likes follows." He stated with a nod of his head. He no longer forced the caribou to follow him, the animal just did it instinctively now. And it wasn't as if Izaak minded it either. It would be silly to scold the reindeer for following now when he used to call Blitzen to come along with him and follow him.
