He still didn’t know what Itachi’s intentions were, but he figured he was moving in the right direction. At least, for now, he had captivated the boy enough with his words to prevent him from leaving. Where was he going anyways? "Eet ees your grandmozher, right?" He had remembered Halo mentioning something about her son living with his grandmother, and remembered thinking that that had explained the boy’s apparent absence from the mansion. He had never caught sight of him until now, and it was surprising for him to see the similarities Itachi shared with his mother, and yet also those traits that undoubtedly sprouted from the monster that had hurt Halo.

"She let you go off on your own like zhis?" He let his pale gaze study their surroundings, affirming the fact that they were alone. "Inferni has many enemies, and eet ees not alvays safe for us to be beyond zhe borders by ourselves."
