Sanuye did not really keep her eyes focused on the wolf dog as she spoke. The emptiness and loneliness in her heart was keeping her from making eye contact with the tribe member who seemed to have the most problems with her being around. She just sat there and fiddled with her fingers as she thought about what to say in response to Liliana. Sure she was there to take care of the horses, but surely the tribe members who had their horses there would come by to see them when she was there. The coyote shook her head gently as she closed her eyes half way. ”Still… surely the owners come by when you’re working right? At least you have someone around then.” She felt her tail curl around her leg as she brushed it. She wanted to just go home and try to drown all her problems away. She did not know how to deal with them. The hybrid wondered if there even was a way for her to deal with them. Perhaps she should just accept that she was not really going to see anyone else around the pack lands. She was a bit taken back when she heard the defensive tone in her voice. She did not mean to offend the female in any way. She kept her gaze to the ground and closed her eyes as she waited for the tone to fade away.

Sanuye’s eyes opened back up and moved towards the wolf dog as she explained that Nayati had been courting with her. It felt like her heart was bleeding in pain as she looked back down towards the ground. She too had feelings for Nayati, but because he was never around it seemed like she never had the chance to tell him how she felt. Her head and hair hung heavy as she tried to think of what she could say back. She could not think of anything. How could she tell Liliana that she too had feelings for the male? The coyote held her arms together and closed her eyes again, trying to hold back the tears she was feeling in her eyes. How could this be happening to her? She brought her knees up to her face and buried her face into her legs. It was all the hybrid could think of to do. She had nothing to say to the wolf dog and was not even sure what she could say back. She just sat there, trying not to cry into her own legs.
