Today was one of the few days that the Marino fey ventured forth from Crimson Dreams. It was slightly ironic; her sister had just returned the day before and now she was leaving. Of course Amata's departures had been lengthy and Cambria would not be gone for even a day. Even though the chances were slim, she was out in the Shiloh Hills looking to see if she could find any more plants or herbs that were growing wild that she could add to her stores. Her pack full of healing supplies was slung over her shoulder. Cambi never left Crimson Dreams without it, just in case she happened upon some wolf or other animal that had need of her assistance. The chocolate girl may not be so outgoing as her sibling, but she could rise to the occasion when her Medicus skills were needed.
As she walked further the scent of a stranger and a smoke came to her nose and she paused in her tracks. The slender Dreamer bit her lip, debating whether to change directions or to go check things out. If there was some kind of uncontrolled fire there was nothing she could do to stop it, but she could still alert people in case there was one? The larger part of her wanted to go someplace else, but in the end she decided she couldn't let it go without investigation. Putting on a brave face, she cautiously walked forward towards the unfamiliar smells.
There wasn't much coverage, so when she spotted the stranger it was likely that he could see her as well. The fact that he was male made her nervous, but she saw him dabbing at something above his eye. Was he injured? Taking a deep breath she walked forward a few more steps, still a decent amount of space between them. "Hello? Are you hurt? I'm a healer, I could help..." Her sea foam eyes darted over his form; he looked mostly well, aside from his one eye.
