Rikka hadn't always been this way. Once upon a time she had believed in monogamy. Once upon a time she had had a mate, and she had loved him and him alone. The problem was, he had not loved her and her alone. He had betrayed her, and she had never fully recovered from that betrayal. Until she had reached the commune, she had avoided letting anyone get too close to her for fear of being hurt again. The Haight had opened her eyes to a different way of life though. One could still celebrate love without devoting themselves to one sole person. There were those in the commune that were committed to a certain individual or another, but Rikka had picked and choosed her lovers, keeping away from any kind of commitment. If she didn't commit, she couldn't get hurt. It was as simple as that.

The sharp intake of breath when her finger caressed his manhood made her grin widen. That was precisely the kind of reaction she loved to elicit. Rikka didn't like quiet lovers, she wanted to hear how much they loved the way she touched them. It was the little bit of egoism the free woman allowed herself. She lightly wrapped her hand about his length, starting to stroke it ever so slowly. She wanted to get things moving, but she wasn't going to let him have all the fun without anything in return. She had scratched his itch, it was time he started giving attention to her own. Finally he gave her what she wanted, and a low moan rolled out from her throat, her hand gripping him with a bit more force. One of her legs wrapped around the back of one of Strel's, giving him better access. "You're on the right track, love," she purred, resuming the motion of her hand.
