One more round of posts and then Conri can lead them all off toward the lands? :o His concern for the newborn pups was put to ease just a bit, seeing the way that Naniko and Deuce were so concerned over them already. Even in the midst of the whole disaster, seeing Naniko with the two pups made his heart flutter in his chest and for a moment he could only watch her. She and Deuce would work well with them together, he knew, and all would be well as long as they could find a place to settle down and get some fresh water. Conri hadn't even thought to check on Anka, having been overwhelmed with relief when Naniko had come down the mountain's path. His head turned toward her quickly, noticing Nocht in that moment also. He smiled then, dipped his head to the both of them, and waited for all to quiet down before speaking again. "Naniko D'Angelo, Lucifer, Deuce, and Nocht." He said, an introduction directed to all of them, which he indicated by point a finger toward each of them. "I was just telling everyone else that we should find a place with fresh water, somewhere we can settle in for the night. We oughta stick together, especially since we don't know what is in these lands." He remarked, turning his head back to gaze across the landscape. He had a very general idea of the direction that they should go. |
