+382 Time to get pierced, oh brave one! >D
It was a nicer day today. Sky felt better. Actually, she was up and about with, lo and behold, a new piercing! This was one in her eyebrow again, adding two to the left brow, giving it a sort of crossbones effect. It was interesting, that such a timid girl sported such piercings. One, she'd never mention. It was a secret that, if she ever had a mate, only they would know about. Ahem, anyway! Girl was happy to clean her needles and peircing gun outside on her deck, having brought out a side table with a plastic sheet and some cleaning solution to do such with. Wearing gloves (ick), she carefully cleaned off the needles, taking care not to poke herself or drop them.
Many people walked past her house everyday. It was one of the reasons she loved sitting on the front deck. It was a way to meet new people, or get to know the faces around the pack. She'd not seen much of either Shawchert or Orin today, luckily, so her mood was bright and cheerful, as it should've been. No thoughts were clouding her mind today; she'd gotten rid of her pain through the pain of getting herself a new piercing. Simple as that.
Blue eyes glanced away from her work, watching wolves of D'Arte wander back and forth infront of her. Yes, this was nice. This was home, and she felt welcome enough. Thoughts of leaving were far away, and thoughts of depression were held in a cage in the back of her mind for later, when she felt the need to give herself another piercing. Girl was back to her old ways again, but this time, not as bad. At least this time, she wasn't adding more scars to her wrists, to add to the ones already there.
And she wasn't high or smoking these days. Another good thing, yes. Though she'd been tempted to find herself some green after the fight with Orin, and the depressing talks with Shawchert and Skye, she'd easily overcame it with the idea of putting her unused needles back into play. Maybe someday, she'd give a friend a piercing. She'd need them, even after her own collection was complete, that way. Reasons not to throw away such rare items.
