OOC:

A door opened. The sheep bleated behind Bartholomew, who snapped around and looked at the sheep like it had offended him or something and then he shook his head and gave the sheep another, less offended look. It was a look of disapproval, but there was nothing he could do about it because someone addressed Mars. Bartholomew cocked his head and then shook it. It's Bartholomew. the man corrected the woman as if she had said his name wrong or something. The thing about it was that the woman did not know that Mars was two people. It would be easily seen if one would notice that Bartholomew was more happy looking, more energetic looking. He looked like things were going to happen, and they were gonna happen soon. Bartholomew played no games. Bartholomew thought briefly about leaving since the woman knew Mars and would think that he was Mars, but then he decided that he might wanna see what kind of relationship Mars had with this woman. She talked to him, saying she was glad he was here and that she had something to tell him, but then she asked if he had already heard of whatever had happened. Bartholomew knew Mars well enough to figure that Mars didn't know about whatever happened, and Bartholomew obviously did not know what happened, so Bart shook his head. Nah, I haven't heard about what's been up. even the way the two spoke was different. They both had the same voice, one was louder, and the other was calmer with a different word choice from what Bartholomew would choose to speak.

Obviously something had happened, considering that the woman was happy that she was going to get some comfort, or at least she thought she was going to. Bartholomew wanted to know where Mars stood with this woman simply because Mars had weird relationships with people when he was close to people. Bartholomew was obsessed with fucking over relationships of Mars'. It was funny to see Mars' reactions sometimes. He didn't do it too often now, but he liked to fuck up relationships of Mars that Bartholomew didn't get along with. Bart was a likable person so he didn't have too many people that he didn't like either. Axel bleated again at Bartholomew, and Bart let his steel eyes sit on the sheep for a few seconds. What happened, chickadee? the man asked the woman as his eyes rose to meet her own golden ones. She would see the difference in the gaze of the two, for Mars was an icy wall while Bart was a warm bed. They were polar opposites who lived right along in the same body. It was obvious why Mars never had close friends. He could never keep Bartholomew under wraps for long enough and then when others met Bartholomew, they seemed to act differently all the time. They never tried to figure out what was wrong with him, not did they ever want to deal with asking if it was Bartholomew or Mars all the time, or having to figure it out themselves.

Axel nudged Bart's thigh, and Bart, again, looked down at the sheep and then gave a hard look to it. Hey, do you know why this sheep keeps followin' me? Bartholomew asked the woman, cocking his head to her and looking up at her at the top of the stairs. He didn't even know who this woman was. He didn't even think to ask yet. He pointed his ivory finger at the black sheep, as if he didn't even know that it belonged to Mars.
