OOC: Tongue

What a talkative creature this woman was. It was interesting to Bartholomew about how talkative one of his friends was, much less did he expect Mars to even have a friend. He listened to the woman though, wholeheartedly as she had explained to him what they were forced to do as punishment, and she also explained that she had also suffered because Shawchert ended up punishing both her and Sky. It seemed that the man did not want to take sides. Bartholomew shook his head, he did find this to be rather unfair, since it had been Shawchert's fault in the very beginning but then again, he didn't know the whole story. Bartholomew continued to shake his head. You've been sick ya' said? Wha' kinda' sick? the man asked, tilting his head to the right, wondering if she could be getting the flu or something. That wouldn't be good for her, nor the pack, and Bartholomew knew that Mars would know some teas that would be good for prevention of development, or at least he thought that it beat the flu because he would always feel awesome after drinking the tea when he was sick himself. The woman had moved over to the desk and taken a seat, and Bartholomew turn to the woman fully, and he stood there, a smile sitting on his maw and his hands being pushed into his jacket's pockets.

She finally would tell him her name. Orin Takekuro. Pretty name, Miss Orin. the man commented, charming smile still on the man's lips. The woman talked about her rank next, and Bart listened closely to the woman, her telling him that she had trouble concentrating enough to read because of whatever reasons. Bart crossed his arms across his broad chest. He gave shook his head lightly. Sorry to hear 'dat. Wha'if someone read to ya', would 'dat work? the man suggested, his steel eyes glancing over to a shelf where his hand reached out and grabbed a random book off of the shelf. It was a recipe book, and Bart chuckled lightly. Well, maybeh not 'dis book. the man spoke before he shoved it back (in a nice way, very respectful to the book so the woman wouldn't freak out) where he had gotten it and he started to look at the titles. She asked him if he was a member of the pack or if he was just visiting. Bart thought about it, and he peeked from around the book shelf to look at the woman again. Uhm, I'd say 'dat I'd be staying 'round here. Ain't got too many other options na'. the man spoke to the woman, shrugging his shoulders before he looked back to where he was looking at for a book.

Wha's yerr favorite type of story? I can read somethin' ferr ya'. Bartholomew spoke, smile on his face as he looked at the books to try and decide what to pick out. His steel eyes scanned over the books, going over the classics of Shakesphere and going to lesser stories Greek mythology. Those were his favorite. He wondered what was the woman's favorite.
