Once the male returned, Nyx was out of sight, and a quick glance around shown she really wasn't around. Instead, Alaki had just finished feeding, and advised him to tyend for the wounded face. The Russian smiled sheepishly and agreed with s simple nod.

He glanced at the other hunting group, and saw both had their share. Theodore took the body of the doe and said he would return to the caves and share it with the rest of the pack. The russian nodded longly in assentment, and made a mental note to do so as well. Their doe was the biggest, and not even the three of them would get barely a half of it.

The grayish man followed Alaki with his eyes slowly as he went away. Something about the darker gray warrior made his ears twitch. There was some sort of dark aura around him, like a dark, cloudy sky. And likewise, soon a storm was going to burst out. Not good...

Finally, he realized he was staring, and shook his head to empty his mind and let his senses be taken by the dead deer in front of him. All his instincts ruled over, and he was just a wild wolf feeding. He tore meat, smashed bones, reaped skin and spat the annoying fur. Sweet, marvelous meat slipped down his throat easily. Much easier than those fat seals and polar bears him and his pack would be eating at a season like this. Or worse, just tree bark.

Once his belly was once again confortably full, he sighed, licked his lips delightfully and stepped back. What a darn mess...

Either way, he had boned one of the legs, prefering those better than the belly and all the guts. He looked at those bloody bones, he named each of them as he identified them. Then he remembered to make a new pen, since his other one was getting way too old. He tore of the ligaments and took the animal's ankle. Those were one of the best for these things: strong enough not to break too easily, but soft enough to be easily sculped and molded.

He analized the item on his hands, spinning it around, and then nodded to himself, content he wouldn't have to tear off the other leg to get another one.

Then, he noticed the soft steps of Nyx, and watched as she approached. "Please help youself. I'll stay a while longer and take the prey back to the caves. We shouldn't waist at a time like this..." He spoke, not really willing to talk about that storm he felt breweing in close to the lands.
