Something about today had seemed off from the start. The Consul couldn't place it, but there seemed to be a dark cloud hanging over her thoughts ever since she woke up. This would have been enough to put her on edge, but what was worse was that she had no idea what could be causing her to feel this way. No matter what she did to try and distract herself though, she simply could not shake the uneasy feeling that had now settled into her gut. Something wasn't right, or very soon something was going to happen. Savina chewed nervously at her bottom lip as she tried to start reading a new book, and then the yelling reached her ears.

The book was dropped from her hands and she was moving before it even hit the floor. Emerald eyes had grown wide and wild as she walked out towards the entrance and saw Denali still yelling for help. "Denali!? What happened? What's wrong?" The words her son spoke to her made her heart stop and her blood run ice cold. No. Savina ran outside and when she saw her daughter unconscious on the ground a horrible sound pierced the calm Dreaming air, half scream and half wail. She ran to her daughter and picked her up in her arms, rushing back to the manor. Her voice began to call for Amata and Cambria desperately and tears were already forming twin rivers down her cheeks. Her daughter had fallen, and she was more scared than she had ever been in her life.
