OOC: yeah if someone wants to reply to this mess you can. Good flippin luck. Just to let you know, this always starts off with Panda. It only changes to Venom, you know, when he does things.
It was so goddamn hot in Florida. That's all that Panda could think about. She was so happy that her and Venom finally packed their shit up and headed north. And honestly, out of all the people she had met, and was friends with, she never, ever would have thought that first, Venom would be the one to come with her, and second she never thought that he'd want to leave with her. A lot of things that Venom did, Panda did not understand, simply because the man was just him. He involved Panda in so many things, and Panda still and probably never would understand. She liked it though, and enjoyed the times they had together. She almost couldn't imagine her life without him. He was everything she was not, and more. The two had been on the way up north through the Untied States, their goal was to get themselves to Chicago. Right now, the two, they had found an old man-made house that had a bedroom with a decent sized bed that could fit both of them, their location: Middleburg, Florida. If there was anything about the two, they loved to share a bed. It was their way to be secure, safe. They both seemed to yearn for that security, and each of them brought the feeling to the other so they were perfect to be together, even if there was no physical attraction that either would admit to. Panda laid there in the bed, early morning in the middle of winter in this foreign place, on this foreign bed. Panda liked the feeling of a new place, but hated the insecurity she sometimes felt while she was in such a place. It caused her to wake up at the slightest movement, even when Venom was rolling over to get in a better position. Panda normally figured out what the sound would be and then roll back over and fall back asleep, but there was still the inconvenience of waking up for no reason.
The woman laid there next to her best friend, her hands refusing to disturb the sleeping man, though her mind bugged the shit out of her to just snuggle up to him. She got shy easily, and still found it hard to initiate anything with the man. Especially when the man was sleeping. Venom had a habit of sometimes waking up and attacking things sometimes. Panda was scared that she might be attacked sometimes. She shouldn't be scared, but you could say she was easily scared emotionally. Instead she watched him with her big brown eyes that were circled with that pitch coal color. The ivory and coal woman twirled her long black and blonde dreads in her fingers as she sat there, a warm smile couldn't help but sit on her face.
Venom was in heaven at the moment, the bed that he and Panda had found for the night had been so perfect that he was pretty much a veggie in it. A smile hugged his lips as he slept there with her, not noticing that she was awake and he was asleep still. He was so into sleep at the moment that he didn't want to move, he didn't want to leave the bed at all. He was just so goddamn tired. Hopefully Panda wouldn't care that he was sleeping for longer than she was planning on, as well as himself. When sleep was on the line, Venom was always going to say "fuck you" to the world and choose to sleep. He loved sleep when he was able to sleep, but he loved to be awake when he was awake, so it was a chore actually getting him exhausted enough to sleep. It seemed that with Panda though, he slept more so than when she was not around. It was either she bored him enough to make him fall asleep or she just wore him out. Whichever one, it was working because he did get a good night's sleep a lot of the time when she was around. Now, don't fret, the two had their nights where they would party until the sun rose, but Panda was a beauty queen and needed her rest, so she slept most nights. Venom knew this very much so, and respected that the woman needed to sleep. Venom normally would stay in the room with her when she was going to bed as well, only leaving for maybe a cigarette, or to go to the bathroom when she was sleeping, but for the most part, he would stay next to her if he was awake and she was asleep. He knew that once he would leave, if he had a reason to, she would instantly wake up and wait for him to return before going back to bed. He knew she was weird like that. He didn't care. He'd return to his spot next to her quickly so she could sleep, every time.
The man slept on though, not wanting to come from his dream world for any reason. He didn't want to. He refused to. His dreams were black at the moment, nothing happening, but it wouldn't be long until his mind would come up with something. Venom let out a sleep moan, and he stretched out towards Panda. He felt her there, his hand snaking on her side and stomach. There was a smile on his face when he realized that he was feeling a woman there next to him. He then pulled the body closer to him, to where the body would be against his. He hugged the body tight, like he would never let go.
Panda laid awake there, her brown eyes on the man for some time before she had finally decided that he was not going to feel her watching him and decided that she wanted to be lazy as shit as well and she rolled over to where her back was towards her friend. She closed her brown eyes and just laid there, meditating you could say, waiting for her to drift into a slumber. She just let her mind get completely quiet again, trying to lull herself into a sleep since the two weren't planning on getting up anytime soon it seemed. Panda opened her mouth to let out a yawn, and she gave a little stretch of her long spine. Her half tail wagged a little bit and her cut ears twitched, her mind thinking about her industrial when she twitched her ears briefly. She would then force her mind yet again to be silent so she could sleep without interfering thoughts. A few minutes later she would successfully drift into the first part of her sleeping process. It was too early for the REM cycle yet, but eventually she'd fall into it, and hard as shit too.
Panda wasn't expecting it, and it was completely random, her ear would twitch and then a moan from behind her would sound before the moving of the man began. She slightly woke up, but was edging into REM and not wanting to get up. A hand would slither over her side, and stomach before she would be pulled into strong arms and a warm body. She let out a content sigh out of instinct, for the morning was cold and he was warmer than just her pelt alone. She also felt secure, like she always did with him. It was a more secure though. Like she was invincible now. Panda smiled in her sleep before she would reach back and stroke the man's beautiful silky hair. Panda loved the man's hair, it was soft, and it always smelt so amazing because Ven actually used the shampoos that she would make for them. The woman gave a content whine to him, encouraging him to continue to be snuggly with her. She loved the attention that he would give, every single bit of it, because he knew just what to do at the right time. It was beautiful to her. Her eyes were still closed, but her hand still pet her friend for a few more moments before she would move her coal hand to his sandy hand, draping it there, and relaxing, just letting the man feel her breath. She was at peace. She could sleep now.
