He paused to consider her words for a moment and in all honesty he couldn’t blame her. Anathema was a new pack and there had been many occurrences with canines breaching the border for the did not know of the packs existence. Sometimes canines relied upon sight more then scent it would seem; just because the pack was out of sight they assumed we were not there. He let out a soft sigh, despite the coys suspicious behaviour she had a fair point, how could she know about the pack? But, at least she had the common sense to stay outside the borders. Others hadn’t been as smart as her.

But not knowing about the pack did not justify why she lingered by the borders so. After scenting the pack she should have left. “I understand you may not have known about us, but you shouldn’t have lingered so by the border. Makes one a look a little suspicious you see” he teased her slightly.

Clear blue eyes watched as the little coy created space between the two of them. Good decision for what she asked next made him consider pulling his knife to her throat again. He really did not like people asking for information from him, especially when it was personal information. Yet, he tired of the coy’s games and deemed it more beneficial to tell her his name than to lie to her again.

“I’m Alaki, no last name, warrior of Anathema” he said wearily. Now all he wanted was for the coy to leave so he could go back to peacefully sleeping in a tree.

“Next time, don’t hover by our borders or at least approach them with a valid reason. This may be the only warning you will get little coy.” He told her sternly, trying to get his point clearly across. “I’ll ask you to take you’re leave now, please” he finished, gesturing with his hand to the opposite direction of Anathema.
