The air was forgiving today. The temperature was decent even though snow did not even think about melting for quite a bit more time. However the air did not bite your lungs. The skin did not sting under it's touch. Today was beautiful. It was cloudy but the sun would occasionally make an appearance through the haze. The dappled Djose woman had found herself wandering the souls land once again. Unlike her normal trips along the eastern stretch of beach off of the Phoenix Valley lands Tala had taken her trip to the west. The beach was similar in comparison to the Quartz shoreline expect these beaches had large limestone cliffs off to the land. She was alone down here on the beach. The solitude of this place made it seem almost magical to her. Tala had a soft spot for the beach. She had grown up by it, she had traveled along it with her mother and now she had found a home near it. The Valley truly was her perfect home.

The water nipped at her toes as she strayed to close to the mouth of the water and she looked down to smile at the receding water. The water was cold, the chill getting to her toes and causing her to ease herself away from the progressing wave as it neared her white feet again. The soft wind was blowing through her white locks, ruffling her dappled fur as she found herself a large piece of driftwood that had been washed up long ago guessing by it's advanced placement in the sand. Tala let herself sit among the tiny rocks. Her lupus form began to change. Slowly she moved to her two legged Optime form and she let out a content sigh as she let her back press against the cool wood. Her amber eyes shut and she took in long exhales of salty air. Gulls cawed at her from the sky but she payed them no attention. The water was beginning to seep back into a low tide. Either way Tala was fine where she sat.

Tala felt herself fall into such a relaxation she could have fallen asleep at any moment. Her whole body seemed to become one with the atmosphere of the beach before her eyes opened only to keep her awake and aware. She was the only soul out here. The gulls and crabs did not care that she was here. This was her little haven. In the summer she would be spending quite some time out here. She knew that indefinitely.
