With the pile of wood in his arms he waited and listened patiently to his leader. He had always held a soft spot for Savina since he was a young adult, newly shifted, and she had shared her stories of Rome with him. It sounded like such a nice place to have lived and now he wished that his own pups would return to Italy and see the place where their mother, aunt, and uncle had come from. Jazper on the other had had been born into a natural family, just is two parents in a cave. The Knight had spent his childhood with no knowledge of two legged wolves existing.

A sharp look from Savina left him as silent as ever. The Italian had never put him in his place before, save for when he got Ghita pregnant. The giant watched on quiet as a mouse as Kansas left heading inside. Naturally he would take the warm indoors and leave him out in the cold. Silently the warrior started down the steps, knowing that one of the two left would follow, and headed towards the side windows.

Placing the large pile of wood on the ground he grumbled in his momentary solitude. He would never have started a fight in front of Savina let alone their boy. That would have just been stupid. Raising his large hands to his shoulders he tugged on the dark brown fur cloak, adjusting it along his back. Looking back along the wall he saw Silvano walk around the corner and he quickly started to work. Picking up a piece of wood he held out a hammer towards the now grown boy. He could remember very clearly when he could lift Silvano about his head, as he had done many times in his puphood. “Here,” He spoke softly now, “You nail and I'll hold.” Sticking the wood against the nearest window he waited, amber eyes watching the Sadira with a small smile.
