Tammi of 'Souls made this <33

Yuki had not really been worried about Noah at first. They didn't have the need to notify one another every time they left. Living on pack lands seemed to present her with a certain amount of security, though she could not speak for him. It was only right to assume that he put as much trust in to her as she did him- Even if there was a chance the information was not valid.

The female cuddled up on the old couch, pulling her human-like legs up to her stomach. She pulled the blanket up, breathing in the familiar scent of the male who she now lived with. A few months ago she never would have thought she would be in a situation like this- Yet here she was. He was such a gentle being, and a wonderful one at that. He made her feel as if she was needed. And though it had not been passed by word of mouth yet, he made her feel loved. "Strange how many optimistic thoughts occur your mind when you aren't listening to us." A hushed voice hissed, signifying it's resentment towards her once again. She sighed, the question nagging at her once again of when the voices would finally adapt.

Despite the words, the girl managed to fall asleep with a grin on her maw. She dreams consisted of a lot of nothingness- But not that it was a bad thing. She obviously preferred nothing over nightmares.. Though they did give her things to think about. They never seemed to occur without meaning, no matter how confusing they could be. Regardless of her some what peaceful dreaming experience; she awoke with a start. The sound of panting was heavy in the air, and after a few seconds of listening she recognized it to be her own. She swung her legs off the couch, sitting up and smoothing back her hair with her hand. Her heart pounded against her chest, threatening to jump right out and make a new home on the wooden floor.

After finally re-catching her breath, Yuki searched the house for Noah. Confusion followed at her heels, traveling up her spine and being planted on her face. "Where is he?" The question hung on her pink tongue, spoken to the silence that would not respond. The small fey walked over to the window, hesitantly clearing off some dust to allow her to see out of it. For a minute she thought she was mistaken. It was almost impossible to see past the frozen vapor that filled that floated down..- No, threw themselves at the ground. The thought that Noah was waiting out the storm at some one else's house did not cross her mind.

It only took the female a matter of seconds to grab what she needed. She tore the house apart, searching for two blankets to wrap herself up with and hoping they would be enough. Alas, she found some that she could consider suitable. Before her coincidence even had time to flip out, she was gone.

The wind hit her like a slap in the face, nipping at her nose and stinging her eyes. She ducked her head down, pulling the blankets over her. Her instincts tugged at her, telling her to go inside. She brought herself to breath in some of the harsh air, trying to pick up the man's scent. Though it was very faint, she picked up a small trace. She stepped forward, pushing back against the wind. Unlike most, Yuki did not call out for him. She trusted her sense of smell much more then any thing else, and she was not willing to risk distraction.

It was a wonder how she found the collapsed house within such a reasonably short amount of time. She could feel the smell getting stronger, urging her to hurry. "Fuck.." She murmured, speeding up some. She could feel tears in her eyes as she picked up the scent of blood. Even if it was not his, some one was hurt. She made her way through the forest of broken pieces of wood. Her eyes almost immediately finding the silver furred male, causing a few of the tears to overflow. "F..-Noah!" She ran to his side, sinking down and putting one of the blankets over him. Luckily, they had not been covered in as much snow as she had originally thought. She touched his cheek, patting it gently and whispering his name over and over before shouting it once. As another wind whipped through the almost completely collapsed home the female picked up the scent of another wolf. She got to her feet, listening closely for any sounds of movement. As she heard what appeared to be a quiet weeping sound, Yuki began moving pieces of wood. She made her way through the maze of a home, her heart breaking as she discovered the girl. Her appearance seemed similar to one of the women Noah had described, "Tal.. Ta..- Tala! Tala! Get up. C'mon, I'm going to get you out of here. Let's go." She placed a snowy paw over one of her own, turning around every once and a while to yell encouraging words at the male as well.
