So sorry for the wait Sad. WC: 486

Sanuye had been living in the Great Tribe for a while now. She could not believe she actually decided on staying here instead of returning to AniWaya. So many thoughts and ideas flowed through her mind as she thought about the tribe back in the souls region. The more she thought about the place the more she missed it. She decided to stop thinking about it all except for one thing, Dawali. She missed her chief’s kindness and wished to see him again. She wondered if maybe he would come and visit her sometime. The coyote hoped he would.

Sanuye woke up and yawned as she looked around her parent’s home. She was not used to living like this since she had been living in a den alone for a while back in AniWaya, though it was nice to have her adoptive brothers around again. She arched up her back to stretch it before heading outside to get a quick meal. Once she came out, she was greeted by her foster parents. It was nice to be living with them again, although it just was not the same as back in AniWaya. She wondered if her foster parents would ever go there themselves. The coyote looked around for something to eat as she listened to the drums playing off a ways. She smiled as she found some spare meat and blessed it before eating it. Se ate it slowly so that she didn’t seem like she was being rude. The girl finished soon after and went to wash her hands in some nearby water. She adjusted the feathers on her head before she thought about what to do for the day.

Sanuye trotted over to her companion, Niyol. He was just as lively as ever, and even more so now that they were back in the Great Tribe. He could see more horses around and this made him happy. She decided to take the horse out for a run. She was sure the both of them would be able to enjoy that. The coyote hopped up onto the back of her companion and carefully gripped at some of his mane. She sat up straight and then gave him a small squeeze. The pair began to trot around the area of the Great Tribe. So far everything seemed so peaceful. She wondered if maybe she could find anything useful for the tribe while she was out here.

Sanuye paused as she noticed the two strangers coming towards the Great Tribe’s lands. She wondered who they were. They didn’t seem like anyone who would fit in with the members so they must have been loners. She stopped a good distance in front of them and peered to them as the sun beamed down on her back. She sat up straight as she spoke. ”You two are in the territory of the Great Tribe. What are you doing here?”
