>.< sorry, Nickolas is still a little anti-social in the pack at this point.

Nickolas had not really noticed if anyone was around the horse stable; he would not have in the first place. Eyes on the ground as he just absent mindedly kicked at the dirt, not minding that he was getting his fur dirty in the process. He was still bummed out about feeling useless to the pack and all; some days he considered just leaving and try to make it on his own for as long as he could. But of course he knew that he would not last a week on his own; he was just that pitiful a wolf. Looking up he caught sight of an older wolf and what he could only figure was his pup; the two of them seemed so happy to be spending time together. The sight just made feel a pit in his stomach; mainly because it brought him back of the days that he and his father would spend time together. Sighing to himself he pretty turned around on a dime; not wanting to bring down their happy moment with his depression or problems. Praying that they would not spot him and call him over; he did not want to seem rude and refuse to join them.

At the same time he did not feel like going back to his home and just sleep for the rest of the day; he had done enough of that already. Looking around he found that he was near a grouping of thick trees; figuring that would be better than anything else. He really had no reason to go and see the horses in the first place; having no idea how to even begin to ride a horse. Tail still limp against his back side and ears drooping he slowly shambled to the trees; maybe he could just get in a nice nap before he tried to find something to eat tonight. Fur covered in some dirt from before but he just ignored it for now; a bath later would do him good after this dull and depressing day. Finally he reached the trees and just leaned his back against the nearest one; fur pressing against his back even more as he slid down and rested his rear on the grass. Eyes closed as his tail moved up around and rested on his lap; ready to take a nap during this beautiful and peaceful day.

All the while wondering if those two wolves were going to approach them; though he could see no reason why they would in the first place. He knew that he was not a very social wolf and he did not even know if he was liked in the pack. Sure he did not bring anything to them; but it was not like he was a rude and inconsiderate member. Yawing softly and long enough to leave his muzzle opened; fangs bore the whole time he already started to slowly drift off into a light sleep. All the while still listening for the sound of paws getting any closer to him.
