Iliya was in awe when he heard the stranger singing. Adrian had sang to him plenty(and he adored the man's voice so much), but he'd never heard anyone else sing before. Besides himself and Adrian, he didn't know anyone else here could sing. And he didn't feel rude at all for totally bursting Mars' personal space bubble. Soon though, his presence caused the singing to come to a quick halt before attention was brought to the young gray pup. He gave a somewhat confused look to the stranger before letting out a little whine and outstretching a paw to swipe gently at the guitar. "Slushatʹ bolʹshe!" he yipped happily, all but ignoring the question he heard but didn't understand.
He gingerly, and very carefully, ran his paw across the strings of the guitar, causing them to hum lightly. Iliya grinned and whined with delight, shifting his weight on Mars' leg. He was about a second away from just crawling into the male's lap, but he stopped himself because, well, he knew better than that at least. He anxiously bobbed in place, looking to Mars with an innocent puppy smile, tail wagging away hopefully. Would he play more? Maybe not. He wished he would, though.
"Igraĭ, igraĭ, igraĭ!" Iliya pleaded with a pathetic smile meant to try and be so cute that Mars wouldn't be able to resist and would humor him some more. That is, if Mars even spoke Russian. Something Iliya didn't even consider yet; Adrian knew Russian, so he figured everyone else did. He was just a child still. Perhaps smart beyond his time, but could be considered lagging behind since he refused to learn and use English. Maybe one day he'd give up and learn; that's what a lot of people around here knew and it'd help him a lot to learn it. He hoped maybe that this guy would know he was speaking Russian and know it himself so they could actually talk.
