Mars was rather disturbed as the child wiggled his way up into his lap, putting himself between Mars' stomach and the back of the beautiful white guitar. Mars' icy blue eyes were wide, almost like dinnerplates as he looked at the Russian child. Seriously, where the hell did this pup come from? Mars frowned at the child, but did not move to correct him. Instead, Mars taken his hand to the puppy's large ears,where he had just batted them lightly, playfully. The boy had answered Mars, apparently knowing the simple question that had passed his lips. The boy would continue to speak, saying the name Iliya and 'ya' before it. Mars was confused slightly, but he figured that the boy was saying that his name was Iliya?
My name is Mars Russo. the man spoke to the boy, placing his hand on his chest. Mars then cocked his head lightly to the boy and then opened his mouth to speak again. Where you live? he asked, trying to be as simple with his words as he could be. Mars wished that the child knew more english than just random words. He wondered how long he had been around in Nova Scotia if the child only knew Russian. Or maybe his parents just didn't teach the child english, maybe he was born here. Mars didn't know, the child was a mystery as of right now. Maybe the child could take him to his parents, so that he could find out about this kid maybe. Mars looked at the child who's eyes matched his own, and matched their fathers. Who your mam? Papa? Mars went on to ask the child, hoping that he understood what he had said to him. Mars put his guitar to the side and he had his full attention on the child who was on his lap. He was still hoping that he was not going even more insane and this child just being a figment of his imagination.
