Fat? FAT? She blinked once, twice, and tried to make sure that she'd heard him correctly. Mars had called her fat. The most subtle expression of distress crossed her features, body twisting away from him again; she moved toward the door and made sure her back faced him. She wasn't fat. Or, she was, but it wasn't for the reasons she was sure he assumed. Why it bothered her was beyond the scope of knowledge of the younger female. Usually, she would expect Mars not to notice.
