The Sadira youth stared off into the distance, ignoring the ground, and just marveling at the blueness of the sky above him. It was a nice afternoon, and the youth liked staring at the sky, day and night. Clear nights were gorgeous, cold but beautiful at this time of year. The days were breezy and chilly but still lovely if it was partially cloudy or even clear as fresh mountain streams. He relaxed into his seat, letting his tail sway with the wind, legs bare. He wore only a light jacket, feeling it was too warm for the scarf his mother had knit for him. But he was not the kind to take to wearing pants. Even wearing the jacket was kind of a surprise.
Silvano gasped in surprise, shaking on his branch as his shock got him off balance. His legs flailed a bit and he grasped onto the branch tighter, feeling loose bark digging into his palms. He ignored the mild stinging pain as he straightened, and held onto the tree tightly, reaching up with a hand to hold onto a slightly higher branch for extra protection from falling or getting unbalanced. This time he would not fall off his tree, to fall flat on his face and embarrass himself like a stupid child. Stiffening, he looked down at the person below. Forest green eyes found the source of the voice. Silvano raised an eyebrow at him, wondering who he was.
"Apparently I have a habit of doing it," he mumbled softly, remembering scaring Shiloh not that long ago. But she had been stupid and thought him a dead body up a tree. Rolling his shoulders, Silvano shrugged. "I just like climbing 'em. Not my fault people wander by and then get scared because they're inattentive." Grabbing the branch above his head with the other hand as well, the brunette edged himself off the branch. He fell, controlled, off of it, and landed on the ground near the other man. He rose up, putting the stinging in his palms and his right wrist aside, focusing on the stranger. "Why? You often like skulking around?"
