The rest to follow the call of the Alpha Female was some younger individuals trickling in. The Sidhe merely gave a simple nod and smile to each individual thereafter she didn't formally meet yet, seeing as how these strangers were considered part of this larger family of Dahlia de Mai that Alae wished to meet and become acquainted with at a later time after this meeting. Significantly, everyone in Dahlia de Mai was younger than Alae. This made her feel slightly self conscious for being the oldest Dahlian in the pack (to this date at least), but it also made her smile inwardly. While a pack commanded by younger individuals didn't mean they weren't mature in any way, at the same time there was great potential to be found with fresh, new minds and the youth of tomorrow who had control of the future of Dahlia de Mai.
On this very day, was Dahlia de Mai's birthday. The Alpha Female didn't particularly go into detail as to how old Dahlia was, but Alae figured that detail would be known later. Announcing herself as Nayru, it appeared she was the replacement of the previous Alpha named Conor Soul. There was some mysticism why Conor decided to step down from leadership of Dahlia and decide to leave. Not acquainted with Conor, Nayru didn't particularly go into the detail of why Conor decided to leave, and figured it was history that was best mentioned at another time and place. Along with how old Dahlia was, Alae would keep the reasoning of Conor's departure in the back of her mind for another day.
Nayru spoke about reaching out to neighboring packs. Fortunately Alae had already started something of that process, and was eager to know of what other packs inhibited the area with Dahlia. Speaking of a snowstorm from the past winter, apparently it took out many of the structures Dahlia de Mai once housed. Nodding in acknowledgement to the areas mentioned, Alae silently agreed to play some part in fixing up destroyed areas of Dahlia de Mai once again to restore it back to its natural beauty whence it was found. What was interesting and perked Alae's interest was the vineyards: Dahlia had been known to supply their own wines. While Alae excelled in holistic healing practices, the prospect of learning a new hobby such as winemaking sounded very interesting to her, something she would have liked to pursue.
Saul expressed interest in assisting with the vines and building structures, also mentioning about a co-rank of Apothecary. Alae glanced at him, intrigued to know Saul knew some medicinal skills. After Saul fell silent and noting a comfortable silence among the group, Alae spoke up then. "I'll assist in whatever needs to be done in Dahlia. I would love to harvest the vines and actually have a hand in the process of making the wine itself. Among winemaking I'm fairly efficient in holistic healing; if anyone needs clairvoyance or a better attitude, we can do yoga as a group in the evenings." Alae said, then falling silent. The idea of doing one big meditation group with all the individuals here made her anxious with excitement. It would be a great bonding opportunity, as well as an opportunity for Dahlia to clear their minds, and take on a fresh start with positive thinking.
