Sorry for my delay, been caught up in life. D: 300

Delighted to know there was time to spare for a quick bout of meditation, it was easy for Alae to easily slip into the frequency of sharing a new spiritual horizon with a newfound individual. Meditation was flexible in itself to be performed practically anywhere with serenity involved, and since Nature was at the feet of Luperci, the very place they were standing now would suit fine. Alae would recap a small lesson, unknowing if the dark coyote had other business to attend to later in the course of the day, but didn't want her to leave wondering what it was. Gracefully the Sidhe fell to where she sat cross legged, and motioned for the woman to do the same. The idea of needles and colors for the tebori and tattoos were quickly discarded in their conversation, as Alae was more excited now to get on the start of teaching Eris her basic meditative poses.

Once Eris decided to mimic Alae's motion of sitting cross-legged when she did, Alae shifted to get comfortable and to keep her spine rigid. "It's important before every meditation to keep your spine tall. Push your shoulders back, and your heart will thrust forward in openness." Alae meant heart as Eris' chest, for when one slumped over, their chest and heart were much concealed from the rest of the world. Slipping her sky blue gaze closed, Alae already began steadying her breath into a soft, flowing rhythm. "Close your eyes. Focus on nothing but your breath. There is no rhyme or reason to breathe harshly or too slow. Let your breath just breathe on its own rhythm. Concentrate on just this rhythm alone; feel how your instinct guides this without your rule." Alae softly murmured, giving silence thereafter to let Eris bask in her exploration of monitoring her breath as it came and went, naturally.
