The Russo male’s arrival to the lands had been somewhat… unanticipated. It was his own fault really, a foolish mistake and if he’d been paying attention it would never have happened. But it had been awhile since he’d left his childlike master and it discomforted him not having his master by his side. Due to their separation, his judgement had been thrown of and he’d pushed himself too far in order to get his given task done as quickly as possible without realizing it.

At the time, he had been completely fixated on one thought; once this job is complete, I will be reunited with the cherub. Looking down, bandages covered his arm from wrist to elbow; towards each end, they had begun to loosen and unravel themselves, yet the lone male cared little to fix them. From the fight he would certainly have gained more scars; that will please him when we reunite.

Taking long, heavy footed strides he progressed into unknown territory. He’d overheard talk of remnants of human buildings, still standing proud around the area he believed himself to be in. Ruins of a human building may make a more practical place to stay than building from scratch, and with that thought in mind he had headed to the motel.

He had reached the decision that he and his master should settle upon neutral land, for after speaking to passing animals, listening to their chirps and growls, he had deduced that none of the standing packs would accept he and his master. The only one that may have was one called Anathema; but their numbers were great… To many people allowed for trouble and he would not have his master being suspicious of everyone.

His desire, what he wanted to find was a home, a haven in these new lands for he and his master.

Eventually, a structure rose up from the ground before him and he scanned the outside with ice blue eyes, before stepping within it’s confining walls. Cautiously, he made his way forward, his long sword now drawn and resting within his grip; its weight a reassuring comfort.

Pushing a door open, his eyes took in a human corpse and his maw scrunched up in disgust. Trust such a being to die within its own building, humans were foolish, greedy creatures like that. Stepping back he closed the room’s door and simply stared at the closed plank of wood.

Turning, he slowly began to make his way through the rest of the building.
