fur color: Black

markings: Light gray-speckled patches on both cheeks

eye color: Gold-flecked green

scars: A splatter of burn scars mark the left side of her torso, from hip to the lower side of her breast

physique (wolf): Unusually small (standing at 22 inches to the shoulder) due to genetics and early health, but visibly durable with strong limbs and a scruffy coat to bulk her up. Quick, but a little reckless in her movement. Her muzzle is notably shorter than average, the contours of her face soft and youthful.

physique (werewolf): Five-foot-nothing with compressed curves, heavier in her hips and legs than her upper half. Quick-footed, but designed more for distance than sprinting. As with her wolf form, her muzzle is unusually short and smoothly rounded, giving her a 'baby-face'.

hair (werewolf): The mane closest to her forehead has grown long, hanging down either side of her face and regularly covering the right side, while the back is kept slightly shorter and tied back into a thick, feathery ponytail.

dress (werewolf): Entirely infatuated with clothing of any sort, but without a true sense of fashion, Poe mixes and matches from a variety of sources. Children's frilly dresses, light and bright human fashions from several decades, pieces of Halloween costumes of any sort, as well as a small collection of self-tailored pieces, make up her everyday wear. And by everyday, she truly wears clothing every day. Ribbons, scarves, and bands of jewellry are often wrapped around her limbs and throat.

personality: Live and learn. Die when you figure it out.

sexuality: Bisexual

likes: Music, dancing, laughter, night, soft/cozy things, human costumes, stories, wine, good company, variety, spontaneity

dislikes: Extreme heat, quick judgment, silence, anti-climaxes, her quadruped body, structure

strengths: Skill: Endurance, fiddling, dancing, fishing, sewing

Personal: Friendly, open-minded, slow to judge, eager to learn, independent

weaknesses: Skill: Traditional hunting, logic, focus, fighting

Personal: Often too curious or unaware of boundaries, tendency to slip into being over-emotional, mild schizophrenia, morbid curiosity, personally careless, commitment, festering abandonment issues

history: Poe was the last child to be born from Salvaged Eternity's streak of rape victims, on April 1st 2005, minutes after two brothers; Rune and Samhain. Rune was killed by their mother, Misery D'Angelo, shortly after his birth for looking too similar to his father, a fact that Poe continues to be unaware of and one of the sheltering-lies that fed a very innocent, gleeful puphood. Her mother was loving, her cousin, Roman D'Angelo, watched over her, and her twin brother Samhain amused and protected her, leaving her to play into her overworked imagination and curiosities as much as she liked without harm.

Of course, those sweet and unreal times never last, and by her half-birthday, Poe's life and attitude and spun into a dramatically different direction. Comforts were rejected, as she believed they had rejected her, and she learned to become (shakily) dependent on only herself. An unusual number of accidents occurred, none of which were spoken of.

In March of 2006, Poe came across her religious and raging grandfather who kidnapped her from her home and dragged her across Canada to be crucified as her mother had supposed to have been years earlier. Her death was avoided with the aid of a distant relative, although not without a toll. Narrowly escaped and with her grandfather's clan searching for her again, Poe took refuge with a small group of nomads. In time this led her to another group, and another and another, picking up a wide variety of skills and friends until she finally made her way back to Bleeding Souls.

Matured by those bumps and bruises, Poe reacquainted herself with old friends and family (except for her twin brother, who had mysteriously disappeared), and found a few new faces to trust in. The feeling of home was welcomed, and then quickly pulled out from under her when her mother announced that she and much of Chimera was moving south. Family won over familiarity and she settled down again into the family's newly developed pack, Rockwood. After a few short weeks, Rockwood decided to move overseas to France. While packing up the boat, Poe had an incident that was bizarrely familiar and put her out of sight and mind of her companions until the boat was over the horizon, and she had already been pulled from the shore by a concerned stranger.

Left in the port town, Poe formulated plans to hitch a ride to follow the rest of Rockwood. Hitching a ride with a roguish pirate and his crew to Africa where she transferred to a ship of mutts. The expected destination of France took considerably longer than she had been implied it would, leaving her to roam the Mediterranean for several months before she took things into her own hands and landed in Italy. There she found secret lagoons, vintage wines, and a particularly alluring astronomer to tempt and distract her further until she could untangle her will and continue her search for family and friend. Too late, it turned out; the tightly knit group had unravelled and scattered, leaving the only hope of home where she had started. Without hesitation, Poe boarded one more ship to take herself back to the lands she was born into.

Paddling in on a leaky life boat, she landed on the sandy shores of Bleeding Souls with a similar sense of relief that the land had given her nearly a year before. She settled in the city there, alone, eager to braid weary threads of her past together, only to find that few remained. Family dodged in and out, friends passed through and passed on, and Poe began to feel the product of her independence. The isolation and a heavy lust was enough to edge her towards emotions she had made a point of avoiding yet, only to spin violently away. The negative effects of her whimsical personality began to show, but the fit was too comfortable by then, and she continued on for months to follow.

In April of 2008, a massive wildfire pushed Poe (along with the surviving portion of Bleeding Souls) into the west to settle in new lands. She gravitated to the city there, Halifax, and settled into a house besides the docks while the packs reformed and laid their claims elsewhere. She soon learned to fish and trap the abundant sea life that lived at her doorstep, and found a comfortable routine similar to before the fire until she crossed paths with an old acquaintance and a newly formed pack, Esper Hollow. Curiosity brought her to scout things out there, only to find that one of her friends, Ahren, was housed there with a mysterious illness. With the forefront intention in taking care of him, and the background interest in joining the European. gypsy-like group, Poe joined the pack. But true to their nomadic nature, after the sickness healed over, the band dispersed, and so Poe returned to the city.

With the presence of a friend turned ghost turned lover in the night becoming more and more prominent in her life, Poe began to spend her time sleeping, or waiting for sleep. Her lust for life leaked into a love of a dead soul, and led her to consider the unclear path ahead of her. On December 26th of 2008, Poe decided to take a step that she had yet to dare in life, and trusted in love and permanence, leaping off of a cliff to her death.
