She's in love with the boy

She couldn't know how he felt, exactly, but she was trying to empathize with him as much as she could. Sympathize, even. Addison could feel sorry for him for what had happened to his mother. Her own mother was alive and well, as far as she knew...but Addison had left her by choice. Since Selene's death Grace had come by a a few times with gifts of food and other small items for them, "den-warming" presents, she called them, and that was much appreciated by the brown wolf.

She bid her cinnamon colored sibling a goodbye as the younger luperci stepped out into the hallway, then waved to her as she walked back to her own living quarters. Her sister had asked her some interesting questions today, ones that Addison hadn't really had an answer to. What was Ouija to her? She lived with him, and yet they were not mates. She'd had to think about it. Ouija made her happy...she wanted to live with him forever and never leave his side. But she had never seen a good, functioning relationship in her life. Was wanting to be with someone all that it took?

So she had answered with that, that she just wanted to be with the man and that fate had brought them together. Of course, she'd tried to hurt him the first time they had met...but sometimes friendships and relationships had rocky starts to them. Her sister's questions had made her consider a few things, though, that she had never thought of before. Where was their...relationship, if that was what they would call it, going? They had spoken of having pups in the future, but did mateship come first? She didn't know. She knew that she wanted to be with him and only him...and that she wanted him to be with her.

Addison went to sit down near the rear of the den on her sleeping place, yawning. It was nearing evening and she was growing a little sleepy from the day's adventures. She'd gone out and patrolled the border as was expected of her, had hunted a bit and put some food in the store room, and then had visited with Grace. Busy day! She closed her eyes for a moment, leaning her head back against the wall. Perhaps Ouija would come home soon and then she would have something to occupy her mind and keep her awake.
