The colliewolf headed toward the borders. She was riding atop Fuerte, who was so much better behaved since their run in with Saluce. The big grey male had put the fear of Luna in her horse, which suited Desi just fine; she preferred him walking meekly along to being tossed from the saddle. She was clad in her blue dress; her bow was slung over one shoulder, her pack settled against the opposite hip, and her quiver set along her back. Completing the ensemble of weaponry was the rose-hilted knife, in its sheathe and concealed beneath the skirt of the gown. The girl was ready for anything that came across her path, foe and prey alike.

Her original destination was, in fact, Dahlia de Mai. She wanted to see her knight in shining armour, wanted to feel his touch again. It had only been a few days since she had returned to AniWaya, but the male had promised to train her extensively in sword fighting, which was the only way she would make it as Ayastigi. And, you know, she had fallen for him too, and thought she might just die if she did not visit him.

She recognized the howl when it came, however, and turned Fuerte along the fence line to where Roran lay, looking somewhat sick. She hoped that he was okay; it had not been that long since she had seen him though, either, and he'd seemed fine then. Drawing Fuerte to a stop, Desi sprang lightly to the ground and paced toward the white-furred boy. Hey there, Roran. Is everything alright? When she reached him, she sank to her knees next to him and laid one hand on his shoulder. She had helped him before, it would be she who helped him again.
