Concern was etched on her youthful face, looking from the boy's wrist to his face. Her own hands drew back into her lap when he bent and twisted his wrist, showing her its condition. Her mouth opened slightly to say something, as to why it was bandaged, but remained silent as the mottled boy rose and left her sitting there among the pebbles. Giselle's face turned in the direction of his trail, towards the tree, and Tux frightfully leaped out of the male's path and strode over to the woman's lap.
It was then that she realized this boy offered to help her get an apple - and receive her wish. Innocent blue eyes widened, suddenly fearing that he might fall as well. "You don't have to--" But her lilting words were cut off as the boy plucked the apple from the tree, as if a star from the sky, and spoke casually. The young girl stood up, stoat cradled in her hands, meandering to the tree. She gazed up and saw the boy sitting on the branch, having made it look easy.
She did not make a move to take the apple from his open palm - it was his if he wished - he did retrieve it himself, after all. Gazing into emeralds, she realized his scent was that of the Dreamers, too. "What's your name?" Curiosity sat upon her tongue, wishing to know her savior's name. He wasn't exactly princely (which slightly disappointed the pale princess), he had no horse that she had seen nor did he don any shining armor to speak of. Still, he saved her life and then offered to risk his own so that 'Elle could get her wish, and for that she was grateful. For a moment, the white and cream colored girl debated climbing the tree again, but thought better of it.
