The last time he had been to Halifax was months ago, when the two coydog brothers had washed ashore and searched out the nearest source of civilization. Unfortunately this shit hole was all that was found. A green filled city where vines and moss had grown over most building surfaces and dogs of every kind seemed to hide in the shadows. Back in Italy the buildings were well kept when inhabited, mother would have fainted if she saw the dirt lining the interiors of some of these buildings.
In the warm weather the caves were always refreshing but, as a short haired canine, he was much better suited to the warm summer heat in comparison to the freezing winters. It was this fact that drove the hybrid into the concrete jungle on this sunny June day. Giuseppe was a business minded dog from a sophisticated part of Europe. He knew that in a few months the weather would change again and he would be forced to stick close to the caves as his body could only handle short amount of times in the cold weather.
It had been decided that if he wanted to gain respect in the pack of savages he would have to start working. After reviewing his options he had decided that he was clearly the most suitable candidate for taking care of the caves. After all, measurement was something only intelligent minds could understand and he doubted anyone else could draw accurate maps. Walking along the street he kept an eye out for a sign of some sort of shop he could grab some drawing paper, lanterns, and other utensils. Wearing just a pair of deep blue jeans held up by a black leather belt with a silver skull belt buckle, the breeze against his chest was very comfortable. Glancing around he noticed a female dog mix sitting on a broken down wall. A grin crossed his evil face as he made his way over, his chest pumped out and tail up. “Well hello there beautiful.”
