It had been all about distractions and he figured a visit to his brother would be just what the doctor ordered. He had not seen the man in a terribly long time, and he was aching for family and friendship. But he was sure that Silas was not expecting his litter mate to show up at the borders of his pack. Still, the two were brothers, their blood was the same; their mother and father were the same. Among Rurik's offspring, they were the most related, the closest. Or they once were. They were once so close. But when Anatoliy had joined the kingdom with their father and sister, their visits had dwindled. Inferni and the kingdom were far between, many hours away from each other. Visits would take a long time and they would probably never be only a single day in length. So they grew sporadic. And when Anatoliy found Anann, and then lost her, he had not felt like doing many social things.

He had taken the trip to Inferni with a bottle of vodka in hand, for his brother, if he encountered him. He had kept it in a pack on his back, which he managed to wear in his ungainly Secui form. His entire body was too big and bulky for even him, with his huge height to boot. It was so large but the distance he had covered in it had been far larger than two legs would have brought him. So about an hour from the borders, he changed back, so no one would suspect him of coming to attack. Hopefully none of the patrolling clansmen would see him as a threat and simply lead him to his brother.

The border of skulls came up soon enough, and the Russo gave a howl, well aware his voice was deep and his form more wolf like. But he still had enough coyote blood to belong in this clan. But he did not find this place home. It was getting harder to feel at home here.
