Giza nearly shot off the ground at the sound of foreign voices. In her line of work, being caught off guard was a most grievous mistake - one that more often then not would come at a mortal toll. She leaped near six inches in the air, her feet lightling impacting the floor with rehearsed grace as she fell, but the subtlety was for naught. The oversized helmet slid from her head onto the diorama, scattering model soldiers in its clamorous impact. Her lean form nimbly swerved around the model display, placing it between herself and the newcomers. When she recognized then to be Inferni, she expected to be chastised for her recklessness, and couldn't stop her brow from lifting in surprise at the praise she'd received for her little impromptu performance. Lorelei, or any given member of her former clan, would have been quick to dole out a severe and lasting reminder of the importance of being aware of one's surroundings. Normally she'd lap up praise like lines of sweet honey, but her embarrassment at having been caught at her most uninhibited was apparent.

This only deepened at the sight of the young tallish coyote in her sky colored dress. Despite being worn about the edges, the garment reminded her of the near human lifestyles adopted by her Europen counterparts. In Leipzig, clothing was more commonplace, but it was a luxury denied her based on her caste and purpose. Trudging about enemy lines requires frequent shifting and time spent in lupus form. Giza had grown accustomed to living without clothes on her back, but suddenly in this girl's presence she felt scandalously nude. Her arms folded defensively against her chest as she looked toward the second female permeated with the scent of burning herb. She knew her name, only because she had been told the woman would be her immediate superior and had done a little inquiring about her. Giza had yet to approach Sage herself, which was admittedly bad form, but familiarizing herself with clan territories had taken precedence over the daunting task of managing first meetings. It seemed as if fate had finally forced her hand in the matter.

"My name is Giza. Your cousin informed me I'd be working under you. -There isn't much here, but there's more." She introduced herself through thick German tones and quickly transitioned to an offering. The slight girl was was already eager to impress the Optio.

With the same skillful sureness of foot in which she entered the abandoned building, she carried her narrow frame out of the museum and toward an area of the base largely covered in lose dead leaves. There was an outling of a heavy door beneath them. It had been too heavy to lift on her own, but perhaps with their help the barrier would yield. Under the influence of social nerves, she hadn't given either of the women opportunity to respond before she was headed toward her destination. She crouched low, hooking her fingers under the heavy edge.
