Evelyn was so lost in inspecting the toys, and the sudden knocking on the door surprised her. She could not recall expecting company today, nor anyone who wanted to see her. As she peered from the windows from where she sat, she saw a familiar, cloaked figure. At first, the she did not understand why Daemon was here, but then remembered with a jolt about the belt. Leaving the figures as they were, she slipped off of the counter and rushed to the door, opening it as quickly as she could without breaking its still-fragile frame. “Hey!” she greeted with a smile, and motioned with her other hand for him to come in. It was the polite thing to do, instead of Daemon to just stand out there like an unwelcomed guest.
She was excited to see the completed belt, but would not demand for it at the very moment. The she would at least let the man get comfortable, and glanced around the main room. It did not hold any chairs, which was why she was sitting on the counter, and all of the furniture was held in the other two rooms. “Come, come,” she said encouragingly, again motion with her hand to follow. If he did, she leaded him through a door that was behind the counter, and through a room that had a table and four chairs, but she did not stop there. Evelyn continued through another door, and made it to the living area. If he came after her, she gestured to all of the sitting areas─ a couch, a lounging chair that was as eaten up as the couch, and a rocking chair─ to show that he can sit in wherever he wanted to. The girl herself picked the couch, and settled herself down upon it.
