Ibycus and Gemma wandered through the forest in a southerly direction. Apparently they were headed for a rendezvous with one of Gemma's friends. There, they would talk about this new pack that was forming up. The more they walked, the more he was intrigued with the idea of joining this new pack, except he had no idea what or if anything he could offer.
As they made their way through the forest, they talked, Ibycus finding out about the peoples that live around here and Gemma trying to feel out more about this wolf that she was bringing to meet her friend. As they traveled, he wondered at what had happened as he noticed Gemma's tic and remembered her state when they first met. He knew it was none of his business and he knew better than ask her about it as she seemed frail right now.
Finally they had arrived at their destination. He kept quiet as the introductions were done by Gemma. "Pleasure to meet you, Signore Galileo."
