Tawny listened to everything the male said, trying to understand the words passing from his mouth and into the air. A few of them stuck with her, but mostly she just had a hard time figuring out what he was trying to tell her. She knew that she had been right about him being lost though, by his enthusiastic reply and expression to her words before. Nodding a little bit, she stood up again and stretched, making sure her rabbit skin pouch was secured around her neck. The few items she had collected that could fit were all stuffed in the pouch. The other things were in a pile back the way she had come from. Thanks to the abuse from her mother when she was a pup, the young female still had a hard time making herself stay in optime form for more than a few minutes at a time. She’d found that it was really hard to carry an armful of metal, wood and odd trinkets when one had no arms.

Yipping softly, she hopped forward and nudged the male's leg with her head, tilting her muzzle to the woods. She was a good tracker and had no problem finding her way around the new land, probably because of all her time wandering around in the Canadian wilderness. The 'Souls territory was wild and large, but nothing compared to the places that she was accustomed to. Waiting until he got up and was ready to go, Tawny took off at a slow trot, keeping to a path that she thought would be easier for him to navigate on two legs. Though the foliage was thick and tangled in this area, it was pretty easy for them to get through, seeing as they were basically beasts made for doing such. If they had been the soft skinned, furless humans that inhabited the earth so long ago, it would have been nearly impossible.
