Haven had been spending more time lately patrolling the Kingdom's lands as of late, worried about what sorts of things that despicable Serf might be up to. After his first encounter with Keese and his subsequent talk with Anatoliy about the man the Knight knew it was only a matter of time before something else happened with the greyscale man. Haven almost hoped that it would be sooner rather than later so he could expel the bastard from the pack and be done with it. He had warned his family to be wary of the man and was keeping a particularly close eye on his growing children. Keese was a cretin and Haven had no hard time imagining him using pups to get to whatever means he desired.
Right now Linden, Felicity, and Robin were all down for a well-needed nap after some hours of exhausting play. The father sat outside on the porch of his house and looked out to the endless sea. The sound of the waves constantly crashing against the stony shore was a comfort; he doubted he could ever live far from the ocean now that he had become so used to it. It was almost like an old friend. Black nose twitched at the scent of someone approaching the small house and jade eyes looked out sharply to spot the large monochromatic figure headed towards him. Haven knew the man by sight and smell, but that was as far as their acquaintance went. The Knight sat silently and waited to see if it was him the man was coming this way for.
