What he was working on was one of the few things that he had ever created that didn't have a practical application in every day life. It was simply something to keep his hands busy as well as his mind. So while it wouldn't be something that he could use later it had a purpose for the moment. Besides, he could end up giving it away later. That certainly wouldn't be much of a problem for him. Should someone want it then he could easily hand it over. Not that he could think of anyone who would enjoy it.
He looked up at the sound of the voice, his concentration breaking from the work in his hands for that moment. "Always." The male admitted with a grin. It was the way that he had been brought up. He wasn't the sort to think to slack off. He wasn't happy with himself if he managed to do that. No, he always had to keep busy. It was a work ethic that stuck with him from living and growing up in the cult.
"It has been awhile since I've last seen you. How have you been?" The words were spoken in a distracted manner as he once again focused on his work. He wanted to finish off what he was working on while it was on his mind. After all he didn't want to forget the details. "So what do you think so far?" He asked, giving a vague motion of his hand around the area that was Anathema. He was curious if the other thought that the place his aunt built was quite different from the cult or if it was just him. After all he didn't want to speak on it and say for himself, placing the thought in the other's mind. No, he wanted the older male's honest opinion before he would give his own.
