He honestly didn’t mean to send rocks tumbling down on the man but that was what was happened when a man was startled. It just…kind of happened that way. But the screech was interesting and both his tattered ear and his one better ear perked forward with the sound, intent blue eyes seeking out the other man to see what exactly ailed him. It didn’t necessarily mean that he cared about the man below him but he did want to know what danger was down there and that was meant with no respect towards the other male who was down there and was looking up at him. For a long moment Denver seemed to be brushing off his own jacket before looking up at him. The next sign of disapproval was one that he was used to but it no less stabbed him harshly. He knew that he no longer bore the handsome beauty that the Russo line was known for. Had it not been for the scars he would have been an extremely appealing man but now for all intents and purposes he was a monster transposed from a beauty’s body. But in a way this worked out for him. He kept all those that he didn’t want to see away from him while keeping close his pack that he worked to get a rank in and he was able to more effectively do his job since people flinched, moved away, or worse openly stared at him and his old wounds, reminding him painfully of what once was.

The other male spoke and Janos gave a snort; contemplating staying up where he was but curiosity was getting the best of him. Waiting for the other to finish his talking which he did when he questioned him and then named himself, he went back inside the house and exited the front, the true horror of the nightmare visible now. He was cloaked in scars and tattered parts of him, the one remnant of his ear flopping around much worse than the other which had cartilage in it to at least help it retain its original form. ”Is this better then? No I was not at the dinner, someone had to keep patrolling,” he said with a shake of his head and it was true. He had to do what he had to do and besides things like that were never his cup of tea after all. ”Janos,” he introduced himself after another moment, his eerie eyes looking straight at Denver and yet his partially blind eye seemed to be seeing through him rather than seeing him. Judging by the other’s scent as well as his mentioning of the dinner, he could guess where the other came from. ”Why have you come to such a deserted place?” He asked the other questioningly. It wasn’t like he was there to judge him he was simply curious as to other peoples’ reasoning for coming out here.
