Citlali Kimaris-Etalpalli

Citlali had been fond of the Auxiliary since she showed such kindness to him under the mountains. Of course, his first confrontation with the sable woman felt like many days ago, and perhaps it was. He still enjoyed watching her command when he could.

That morning, he had scented her. As usual, the light golden boy was up before sunrise, simply unsettled with the idea of resting such a busy mind that was his. Despite his achingly agitating silence that he presented with his presence, the Kimaris was quite intelligent alike his family. He had heard movement outside his high tower window and could scent the Eternity by the morning. With a well-versed thrust, the boy covered his work table with a woven cloth and descended the stairs at a quicker than leisurely pace.

Her scent thick with child-bearing, Eris was easy to follow. The boy no longer feared the outside world as much as he had when he arrived. The supper brought forth a new sense of courage. However, Citlali couldn’t help but flinch when stirring irrupted to close. But he continued all the same.

A feeling of dread crawled on his tan furred skin as the coyote boy approached. What if the Auxiliary punished him for following her? What if she was attending her own confidential business he shouldn’t be aware of? The thoughts continued to easily torture the Kimaris as he pushed away the brush deeply scented with the woman and her slave. Citlali breathed in deeply at the fragrance of the salt of the sea. Soon, his ginger white paws sunk into sand-like dirt that gave way to the rich coast. Two forms were emerging from the small stretch of water on the opposite bank. The boy hung back in the brush until Eris’s call. He instantly felt relieved as a steady pool of members began to gather on the bay. The man his leader called Darijus, swam back with ease and readied the others. Citlali swiftly became visible but, in his nature, let the others he only vaguely recognized, travel before him.
