Though it had been years, Anu still remembered the times she lived as a loner. It could be freeing, a weight that had been lifted with the lack of responsibility. But, then when the cold set it and the reality of her situation settled in her heart there was nothing enjoyable about it. The pack was where they belonged, it was their proper place and Anu hoped that this newcomer would find that to be true. Of course they had those that passed through, but perhaps Fyre would be one of those that stayed for more then just a season. Winter was coming, and it came swift and laid along these lands for longer then any of them could appreciate. The Summer was a time of transition, a point for movement and the young wolf would do well here if he dedicated himself. Anu was sure of it.
